Mr. Rooney has been working in the elevator trade for the past 18 years in the greater Los Angeles area working such prior companies as ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Kone, and Amtech Elevator in modernization, service, and repair sales and as an elevator consultant for Lerch Bates.

Prior experience also includes 14 years in hydraulic sales, management, and R&D for a leading international hydraulic manufacturer and has experience as an HOA treasurer for over 15 years.

Mr. Rooney has a Bachelor Arts degree in Business Finance and Certificate in International Sales and Marketing. His diverse background, expertise and strong technical and mechanical background allows him to best understand the unique client needs and provide realistic solution based consultation for building owners and managers.
