Gloria Mendez has worked in the Elevator industry for over 23 years. She began her career in 1998 as a dispatcher/receptionist at Millar Elevator Service Company. Her quick learning ability and determination to grow lead her into a new position as a Repair and Modernization Assistant.

In 2001 Gloria became a New Install Assistant at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. With her expertise and Elevator knowledge, she now holds the title of Operations Manager at SmartRise Elevator.
